Directions:

ADULTS ONLY: Boil one tea bag in 1/2 to 8oz of water. For a mild cleanse, let it steep for 30 minutes. For a more intense cleanse, steep for 2 or more hours. Please Note, the longer you steep, the more intense the cleanse. DO NOT EXCEED 36 HOURS!

Can be used everyday, every other day or for maintenance. It is recommended to drink an hour before bed or early in the morning. MighTea Trim tea should work between 2-10 hours later (depending on your body). Make sure there is a restroom near by when you drink this product. May use honey or sweetener for taste.
