Vaginal Dryness

You don't have to suffer.

Let's face it! Women are rockstars! However, women go through so much! From giving birth, c-sections, periods, menopause, unrelated health issues and let's not forget, you still have run a household. All women should wear capes in my opinion, but let's talk about vaginal dryness. It happens. Maybe not for all, but, it happens. I've been there. There are many ways to increase your moisture and also your libido through diet and exercise, supplements, and personal lubricants.


Vaginal dryness can be embarrassing and damn painful! Why does this happen? There are many factors that can affect vaginal dryness and your libido. Diet, menopause, aging, health issues, stress and many more. What do you do?  There are many ways you can increase your moisture and even increase your liabido. Let's start with diet. I know, I know, that's the first thing mentioned when something is lacking within your body. It's true. Diet and hydration are important in how your body operates especially with vaginal dryness. Certain foods can increase vaginal dryness like, soya products, soybeans, and soy milk. If you aren't into the whole soy thing, you can also find them in lower quantities like, avocados, apples and flaxseeds. However, hydration will increase your moisture, so it's best to always stay hydrated, especially before intercourse.
